Challenge:
This personal project focused on redesigning the Trackleaders app, a pioneering platform for ultra-endurance bike race tracking that has recently been losing market share.
Through this project, I designed and prototyped new features, improved navigation, and refined the overall look and feel to help Trackleaders stay competitive in a rapidly changing landscape.

Challenge:
Develop solutions to help dialysis patients transition more easily from in-center to at-home dialysis while reducing the care and coordination burden on nurses.
Approach:
We collaborated with nurses, patients, and clients to create solutions that give patients easy access to essential information and care. Simultaneously, we improved care coordination by ensuring engagement reached the right extended care team members while equipping them with relevant patient insights—ultimately reducing nurses' workload.

Challenge:
Gather feedback from Salesforce employees on how to enhance philanthropic programs and foster sustained engagement with volunteering and giving initiatives.
Approach:
Collaborated with the Philanthropy team to build on their existing knowledge and identify new areas of opportunity. Designed and facilitated four virtual co-creation workshops, engaging approximately 100 participants from across the globe. Synthesized participant ideas into actionable concepts for development.
Results:
Developed concepts and a high-level approach that the Philanthropy team used to create a platform enabling Salesforce employees to easily discover and track volunteer and giving opportunities.
